Delivery Information

Shipping charges are based on a flat rate Australia wide.

Regular shipping is $10 per order. If you need your order in a hurry we offer express shipping for $15 per order.

We dispatch all orders as soon as possible within 48 hours of receipt of payment, but usually within 24 hours.

Please allow between 2 and 10 days for delivery via standard shipping. Once your order has left us, we have no control over the speed of its delivery if dispatched by regular post. Orders are dispatched from Melbourne so delivery closer to Victoria will take far less than 10 days.

Express parcels should arrive anywhere is Australia within 3 business days of dispatch.

We only sell and deliver to customers in Australia.

Parcels will be sent via Australia post with a tracking number. Your parcel will be left in a secure place if you're not home or a calling card will be left in your letter box for you to collect your item from the nearest post office at your own convenience. If you don't receive your parcel within 10 days of dispatch (sooner for express delivery) please contact us at info@suejanson.com.

Returns

To return, exchange or for any other problem with your online purchase, firstly please complete the return form, without this form we cannot address the return.

With all returns and exchanges, we are unable to cover freight charges. When we receive the product(s) in their original condition, unused in the original packaging in a saleable condition, we will happily refund your credit card for the amount of the purchase excluding freight.

This is subject to receiving them back within 7 days of receipt of purchase. For us to resend a replacement product, the cost of the return freight will be the onus of the customer.

Any damage incurred during return back to Sue Janson Pty Ltd is the responsibility of the sender and these items will not be refunded or exchanged.

We do not return or exchange for change of mind.

Sue Janson Pty Ltd only accept returns and refunds from purchases made through our online store. If you purchased your order from another retailer, please contact the original place of purchase.

If the product you receive is the wrong product and is our mistake, we will gladly replace the product you ordered excluding the shipping costs after we have received the incorrect product in its original packaging, undamaged in original saleable condition. Please contact us at info@suejanson.com if you require more details regarding this.
